The AXAC camera-switching interface is designed to retain the factory backup camera while enabling the addition of aftermarket front and side cameras to the factory radio system. This interface supports up to four camera inputs—including the factory camera—and uses CAN bus communication to automatically switch camera views based on vehicle functions such as reverse and turn signals, providing enhanced visibility and seamless integration without sacrificing factory features.
